A: All the products on our website are located in West Yorkshire, UK, and your order will be dispatched from there as well.

Q: How long the delivery takes?
A: Your order normally will be dispatched within 24 hours after we receiving the clear payment (except weekends and bank holidays),
the delivery time will depend on which shipping method you choose when you check out. For UK customers: we offer Royal Mail 1st class standard(1-2 working days), 2nd class standard ( 2-4 working days), 1st class recorded(1-2 working days), special delivery
(next working day before 1pm) and standard parcels(3-5 working days). For international customers: we offer Royal Mail Airmail which
takes about 1-2 weeks to Europe, 2-4 weeks to destinations outside Europe.
Q: Why can't I find the order I made previously in my order history?
A: Our system will not log your order as a completed order until you have been redirected back to our site from Payment site (Paypal or Google checkout), the reason for this is that you didn't wait to be redirected back to us.
Q: What should I do if I still haven't received my order after the expected delivery date?
A: Majority of parcels will be delivered in time, but occasionally there are some delay for some reason, which is postal service's responsibility and beyond our control. Please go to your local post office (Royal Mail delivery office for UK customers) to check if they have parcel for you, most missing parcels were stocked in delivery office; if not, contact us.

If you want to send cash, please make sure using registered mail and it's all at your own risk.

Q: Do you accept other currencies apart from UK pound?
A: Yes, but you have to pay with paypal or google checkout which will convert your currency into UK pound (GBP) automatically, or send cash. We only accept
cheque or money order in UK pounds. Please check current currency exchange rates to make sure you know the correct prices. The current currency exchange rates can be found at XE.com

Q: Will my credit card information be safe with your website?
A: We do not ask, store or hold any credit card details to process your order; when you check out, you will be passed to Paypal,

Q: Why Cannot I find the order I paid for in my account history ?
A: The reason for that is you did not wait for Paypal or Google checkout to redirect you back to our site after you made payment, so our system failed to record your order as a paid order. We can check your order on our side. Please WAIT until Paypal or Google checkout redirect you back to our site before you close the browser !
