Delivery
We use Royal Mail for delivery. The order normally will be dispatched within 24 hours after receiving the clear payment. Dispatch cut-off time is 12 noon. We only dispatch orders on working days (weekends and public holidays do not count as working days). You are welcome to come to pick up your order, please call us at 01422 417416 or contact us to arrange a pickup appointment.
Standard delivery is free to any UK address irrespective of how large or small your order is and normally takes 2 - 5 working days. If you choose UK Special Delivery Next Working Day, please submit your order before 12 noon as orders received after this dispatch cut-off time may not be despatched until the following working day.

Outside Europe Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Airmail) - £4.99 (flat rate) or free for orders over £300 - 7 - 21 working days

For orders delivered to Germany, Oriental Direct Ltd is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. Our Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay. Please recycle when you can. Thank you!
No Quibble Returns
Refund and replacement are guaranteed if you are not satisfied with our products, we will give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition. Please return them within 14 days after receiving your order.
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your entire order within fourteen days after the day you receive it, we will refund the postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any).
If you asked us to send special delivery / signed-for or tracked delivery and paid for it, we will only refund the cost of Standard Delivery postage and packaging cost.
