Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Yes, we do, please see our Wholesale page for more information.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship to all EU countries,Russia, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Brazil, Chile, Korea and Japan.  

Q: How much postage do I need to pay for my order?
A: Please see our Delivery and Returns page for details.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Yes, we take orders over the phone or by email, order line: (0044) 01484 961616. We are open 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday .

Q: Your website has very low prices, how about the quality?
A: All the products on our website are imported directly from manufacturers, no middle man involved. That's why we are able to keep the prices low. We are very confident about the quality of our products, full refund are guaranteed if you are not satisfied with the quality.

Q: Where will my order be dispatched from?
A: All the products on our website are located in West Yorkshire, UK, and your order will be dispatched from there as well.

Q: Can I return my order for refund or replacement if I am not satisfied with them?
A: Yes, refund and replacement are guaranteed if you are not satisfied with our products. Please make sue you keep them in their original condition and contact us first before you sending order back to us as we might be able to help without the need for you to send the items back.

Q: How long does the delivery take?
A: Your order normally will be dispatched within 24 hours after we receiving the clear payment (except weekends and bank holidays), the delivery time will depend on which shipping method you choose when you check out. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for details.


Q: What should I do if I still haven't received my order after the expected delivery date?
A: Majority of parcels will be delivered in time, but occasionally there are some delay for some reason, which is postal service's responsibility and beyond our control.

UK customers: Please check that the postal service has not left you any cards or notes stating that they tried deliver your parcel while you were out. If you do find one of these cards please follow the instructions on the card to arrange another delivery. If no card has been left please contact your local mail sorting office to see if they have any information on your package.

For Oversea customers: please contact your local postal services.

According Royal Mail's policy, the items cannot be considered lost until 15 working days (25 working days for the rest of the world) after the due date. So please do not contact us any sooner than 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK or 25 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world as there is nothing we can do to help until this deadline is reached.

Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit / debit cards and Paypal.

Q: Can I pay by credit / debit cards?
A: Yes, we do accept almost all major credit and debit cards.

Q: Do I need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal?
A: No, you don't have to have a Paypal account to pay with Paypal, and it's optional
for you to choose whether you want to create a Paypal account or not after you made
a payment with Paypal.

Q: Do you accept other currencies apart from UK pound?
A: Yes, Paypal / Payment system will convert your currency into UK pound (GBP) automatically.

Q: Will my debit/credit card information be safe with your website?
A: Yes, We do not ask, store or hold any card details to process your order; when you check out, all the information will be passed to Paypal or Stripe where they will process your payment securely.
